Full Job Description

We have a very exciting Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable opportunity at Gengras Motor Cars!

Responsibilities:

Post invoices
Reconcile statements
Disburse checks
Balance statements and finalize data
Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system
Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
Process Daily Deposits
Run Monthly Receivable statements
Call on aging receivables

Qualifications & Experience required :

Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform (preferred)
1+ years of Accounts Payable / Receivable Experience (Any Industry)
Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership (preferred)
