Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field. Five (5) years experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit or operational analysis. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Strong analytical skills. Experience with business software, multidimensional databases, web technologies, scripting languages in a business environment. Quantitative business problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. Strong organizational/time management and planning/project skills. Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication.
Minimum Education

Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience with ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP), including P2P, R2R, Tax and period end Accounting close, Familiarity with integration tools, including APIs, REST, SOA, FTP, EDI processes for data connectivity and automation, Understanding of governance, compliance standards, and audit readiness requirements, Experience evaluating trade-offs involving customization, integration complexity, release cycles, and system standardization.
Pay Transparency: This is a hybrid position located in [City, State]. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week The desired locations for this position would be Memphis, TN., Plano, TX., and Pittsburgh, PA.
Pay: The pay range for Memphis, TN: Min. $6,511.62, Mid. $8,627.89, Max. $10,744.16. The pay range for Plano, TX. and Pittsburgh, PA: Min. $6,854.33, Mid. $9,081.99, Max. $11,309.65
