Job Summary**

The Finance Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Finance Department, ensuring efficient operations and accurate record-keeping.

Job Responsibilities**

Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for financial documents.
Assist with data gathering.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Department leadership.

Job Qualifications**

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 years of administrative experience, preferably in a finance or accounting department.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
