This Isn't Your Typical HR Job...

Let's be honest.

If you're looking for a predictable HR position where every day follows the same schedule and work ends at 5:00 p.m., this probably isn't the opportunity for you.

Hospitality doesn't operate Monday through Friday, and neither do we.

Our hotels and restaurant operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. While this position is primarily Monday through Friday, there will be times you'll answer a phone call after hours, help resolve an urgent employee issue on a weekend, or adjust your priorities because that's simply the nature of hospitality.

One Requirement We Won't Compromise On

You MUST have previous Human Resources experience in hospitality, supporting BOTH hotels and restaurants.

We're not looking for someone to learn our industry—we're looking for someone who already understands it.

You know what it's like to support employees who work mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. You understand that guest service begins with employee experience, and HR is a key part of making that happen.

If your HR background is outside of hospitality, this likely isn't the right fit.

What You'll Do

You'll partner directly with leaders and employees across multiple properties while supporting every aspect of the employee experience.

Responsibilities include:

Employee relations and workplace investigations
Coaching managers through performance and employee issues
Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
HR compliance and policy administration
Benefits and employee support
Performance management
Employee engagement and retention initiatives
Building strong relationships across all levels of the organization
Helping improve HR processes and supporting company initiatives

No two days will look the same—and that's one of the best parts of this role.

What We're Looking For

We're much more interested in experience than education.

The ideal candidate will have:

Several years of Human Resources experience
Required: HR experience supporting both hotel and restaurant operations
Strong employee relations experience
Experience conducting workplace investigations
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Sound judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong organization and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
