Your Recipe for Impact — What You’ll Do
As a Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager, you'll lead maintenance operations across your region, ensuring safe, reliable, and high-performing facilities that support our Family Members and Guests every day. You'll develop maintenance professionals, oversee capital improvements, and drive maintenance strategies that strengthen restaurant performance and support long-term growth. You'll Make a Difference by improving restaurant readiness and reliability, Serve with Heart by partnering with field teams to support operational success, Win as One by collaborating across Operations, Real Estate, and vendor partners, and Move Forward Boldly by delivering innovative solutions that position our restaurants and people for continued success.
Day-to-Day Ingredients — Responsibilities
As a Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will:
Oversee maintenance operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable restaurant facilities.
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs across the region.
Manage capital projects including enhancements, rebuilds, and new unit openings end-to-end.
Partner with Brand Leaders to prioritize initiatives aligned with operational and strategic goals.
Monitor budgets, capital expenditures, and maintenance spend to ensure fiscal accountability.
Conduct site visits to assess facility conditions, identify preventive maintenance opportunities, and support urgent 24/7 restaurant facility needs.
Lead vendor and contractor performance, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and compliance.
Hire, coach, and develop maintenance team members across the region.
Ensure completion of fire, safety, and regulatory inspections.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to successfully deliver maintenance and capital initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and restaurant performance.

What You Bring to the Table — Required Experience
As a Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager, you must have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
6+ years of facilities, restaurant, hospitality, or similar multi-site experience.
Experience leading maintenance technicians, field teams, or similar skilled trades professionals.
Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, capital planning, and project execution.
Experience managing budgets, capital expenditures, vendors, and contractor relationships.
Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Strong communication, coaching, and partnership-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
Ability to travel and maintain a valid driver’s license.
