CNC Machinist – Multiple Shifts Open

Our expanding production facility is currently hiring CNC Machinists for various shifts. We are open to applicants at every stage of their career, including Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Master levels. If you possess mechanical skills, reliability, and a strong desire to grow your expertise in CNC machining, we encourage you to apply.

Swing Shift
Night Shift

Role Summary

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for machine operation, setup tasks tailored to your expertise, and adhering to production goals. You will maintain equipment and collaborate with shop management to uphold high standards of quality and output. We provide comprehensive training for those with strong mechanical foundations who are newer to the CNC field.

Key Duties

Run a variety of CNC equipment including mills, lathes, routers, or multi-axis systems
Execute machine setups that align with your specific technical background
Interpret blueprints, job specifications, and production orders
Oversee machine operations and perform necessary adjustments
Ensure product quality by verifying part accuracy
Help maintain a tidy and orderly workspace for the entire team
Communicate any concerns regarding materials, tooling, or equipment to leadership
Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all PPE and shop safety protocols
Contribute to the success of the team by supporting efficient workflows and continuous improvement

Candidate Requirements

Any level of CNC machining background, from beginner to expert
Capacity to learn new methods and follow directions effectively
Comfortable operating in a shop environment with heavy machinery
Commitment to precision to ensure the production of high-quality components
Physical ability to stand, lift, and remain on your feet for long shifts
Experience reading blueprints is considered an advantage
Familiarity with G-code is beneficial but not mandatory
Mechanical aptitude or relevant machine operation history will be considered for entry-level candidates
