Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Accounting Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting Accounting Manager and department with daily operations such as data entry, daily filing, assist with warehouse, shipping resolutions, Foreign Shipping, AP and AR . Our energetic approach will help us maintain our high standards of quality and service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

· Data entry with accuracy and efficiency.

· Must know excel.

· Accounting experience

· Ensure orders match the purchase order, are going to the right place, and packaged well and efficiently.

· Willing to be able to cross train and perform other duties

Qualifications

· 1 year of previous admin duties

· High school diploma or GED

· Strong attention to detail and appearance of work

·Ability to type 50+ words a minute and 10 key

· Must know Microsoft office

Bookkeeping experience and accounting knowledge preferred

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
