Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic, guest-focused dining experience! In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable moments for our guests while showcasing your culinary knowledge and sales skills. Whether you're passionate about fine dining or eager to develop your hospitality expertise, this position offers a vibrant environment where your positive attitude makes a difference.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS
Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
Process transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments using POS systems
Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations
Foster guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, wine pairings, or special requests to ensure a memorable experience

Experience

Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS, or similar platforms is highly desirable
Experience with fine dining service, cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, and spirits is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
