Help Families Protect What Matters Most

At Elevated Estate Planning, we help families gain peace of mind through thoughtful estate planning. We're looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Estate Planning Client Signing Specialist (Signing Paralegal).

In this role, you'll guide clients through the signing of their estate planning documents, ensuring they understand their plans and leave feeling confident and cared for.

Previous estate planning experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right person who has exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and a strong attention to detail.

What You'll Do

Meet with clients and guide them through their signing appointments

Explain estate planning documents in a clear, easy-to-understand way

Notarize documents and ensure all signatures are completed correctly

Review legal documents for accuracy and completeness

Process finalized documents and prepare client files

Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure a smooth client experience

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, professional, and client-focused

Highly organized and detail-oriented

An excellent communicator who can explain information clearly

Comfortable learning legal concepts and technology

Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy

Experience in legal services, banking, escrow, real estate, insurance, healthcare, financial services, or other client-facing roles is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
