Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast/Lunch Server and become the heart of our guest experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional service during morning and midday hours, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests to enjoy their meals. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels valued and satisfied. This position offers a dynamic environment where your hospitality skills can shine, and your positive attitude can make a real difference in our guests’ day.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their meal
Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS, ensuring efficient processing of sales transactions
Serve breakfast and lunch items with professionalism, including food handling, beverage service, and upselling menu items like specialty drinks or desserts
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests
Process cash transactions accurately while managing credit card payments through our POS system
Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Experience

Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or casual dining environments
Familiarity with Aloha POS for order entry and sales processing
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Experience with beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink upselling techniques
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to build guest rapport
Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions effectively
