Program Training & Quality Specialist

Excel Supported Living, Inc. – Eastern Washington
Full-time Field with some office time

We’re growing and looking for a Program Training & Quality Specialist who is passionate about people, detail-driven, and ready to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

Lead, organize, and deliver engaging staff training programs.
Conduct quality assurance visits and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Support employees through mentorship, coaching, and hands-on training.
Collaborate with administrative positions to ensure top-quality care.
Monitor documentation, safety, and client home compliance.
Help in coordinate smooth transitions for new clients joining services.

Who You Are

Experienced in supporting individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges.
A natural leader who enjoys teaching and problem-solving.
Delegation-certified (or willing to become certified).
Organized, adaptable, and great at communication.
Able to travel locally to client homes and training sites.

Minimum Qualifications

Must pass WA State/Federal Background Check
Hold a bachelor’s in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Engineering) plus a minor or certification in training/education.
At least 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license
Insured, reliable vehicle
5 years of direct care experience
2 years of experience in a leadership role
Knowledge of DDA and state compliance standards is a plus.
