Conversion Specialist and Operations Coordinator

About The Pelvic Place PT's Conversion Specialist and Operations Coordinator Role

The Pelvic Place Physical Therapy is hiring a high-performing Conversion Specialist and Operations Coordinator. This position is an in-office, patient-facing sales and operations role. It is not remote, not passive front desk work, and not task-only administrative support. This role requires operational maturity, independent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically in real time without constant supervision. This role is best suited for someone who naturally takes initiative, anticipates needs, follows systems consistently, and remains composed in fast-paced patient interactions.

This is not a passive non-verbal role. This is a Conversion Specialist and Operations Coordinator role where your ability to lead conversations, handle objections, and confidently ask for commitment directly drives revenue and patient outcomes. The focus will be on your comprehension, communication, and closing skills so we can assess how you process information in real time. We want someone who can confidently lead, close, persuade, and guide decisions into paid booked appointments.

What You’ll Do :

Convert inbound calls, texts, emails, and website inquiries into booked and paid appointments, often within the first call
Lead conversations with confidence and direction
Build trust quickly and establish authority
Clearly explain services, outcomes, and pricing
Address objections and hesitation in real time
Ask for commitment and secure scheduled evaluations
Follow up with warm leads and close pending decisions

TRAINING AND ONBOARDING will be a mix of watching pre-recorded office video demonstrations, listening to closing sales calls, using our phone script, learning our website-services, and reading the very well detailed and explanatory training manual. One-On-One training will be with the doctor herself on Fridays from 9am-1pm, because she's treating patients Mondays to Thursdays. This learning style works best for independent people who are good with following the guides and templates provided. How do you feel about that? Have you thrived with this level of support before?
VERY IMPORTANT: The office address is 1200 Binz Street, Houston Tx. 77004. How close are you to this address? The office hours are 8:30am -6:00pm M-Thursday and Fridays from 9-1pm. Are you able to commit to this exact schedule on a weekly ongoing basis?
