Why La Jolla Plastic Surgery?

Expert plastic surgeons perform a full range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries and procedures for the face, body, and skin, including abdominal wall reconstruction, breast enhancement, body contouring, facial enhancement, reparative procedures, skin rejuvenation, and breast, skin, and facial reconstruction after cancer treatment
Includes a team of highly trained, board-certified cosmetic surgeons, board-certified anesthesiologists, registered nurses, and other health care professionals who are specially trained to assist in plastic and reconstructive procedures

Your job duties:

Perform pre-op assessments, post-op follow up, wound care, consultations both medical and cosmetic and assist with in-office procedures.
Engages in complex clinical procedures and may provide clinical assessments to surgical patients in the clinic setting.
Works collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
Contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within own scope of practice.

This position is eligible for New Hire Incentives up to $7,000.00.

The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:

Internal candidates
Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago
Candidates with less than 1 year of experience as an RN

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
Must remain in original department/specialty
Must remain in original Job Title
- Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Required Qualifications:

Current California RN license
American Heart Association BLS
Must be patient centered, flexible, and team oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Plastic surgery experience
BSN
At least 1 year of RN experience

Position Pay Range: $59.16-$85.68/hour
