Position Description

We are committed to achieving the highest level of satisfaction and exceeding our customer's expectations. As a result, we're looking for a highly driven and self-motivated Parts Specialist to lead our Parts department and fulfill that level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of parts experience with a willingness to learn and grow as the position requires, however, we will train the right person!

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage parts ordering and inventory control to ensure reliable delivery of products at acceptable quality levels
Ability to effectively communicate to staff on multiple levels
Multi brand knowledge and/or experience
Experience with inventory management software
Proven ability to forecast, budget and exceed goals
Must provide high level of customer satisfaction
Knowledge of best practices: Cycle count, Accessorized showroom units, Parts to Service Dept, Performance metrics, Vendor relations, etc.
Experience with supplier relationships

Skills & Qualifications

Strong customer service skills along with a positive attitude required
Must possess excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently under pressure
Must be able to use modern technology including computer programs and databases to operate business functions software programs needed for inventory management, purchasing, shipping/receiving etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 – 48.0 per week
