Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will ensure smooth office management and support daily administrative functions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your clerical, office management, and customer support skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings for staff or executives.
Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software.
Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office operations.
Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed.
Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and organized for optimal efficiency.

Experience

Proven experience in front desk or office administration roles with strong customer service skills.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and general clerical tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs.
Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is advantageous but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also valued.
