What You'll Do

Make outbound calls to new and existing Verizon Business or Consumer customers
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
Educate customers on Verizon products and services
Maintain accurate CRM records
Meet or exceed sales goals

Qualifications

1+ year of sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset
Basic computer and typing skills
Ability to identify opportunities and close sales
