We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Scheduler at our Undercover facility in Rogersville, MO. The Production Scheduler will perform all tasks involved in the scheduling process for material and capacities by effectively balancing supply and demand for product. CORE FUNCTIONS
- Maintain the master production schedule and sales forecast by creating, evaluating and releasing work orders in timely manner.
- Responsible for scheduling subordinate assemblies in a timely fashion that are needed to fulfill the master production schedule of finished goods.
- Receive completed work orders and enter into the MRP system, making appropriate adjustments to raw materials.
- Utilize MRP system to generate necessary reports, such as excess and obsolete materials, material usage and demand.
- Communicate effectively with all departments within the company.
- Responsible for daily and end of month preventative maintenance.
- Inform Production Control Lead when demand cannot be met.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- 2-4 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Demonstrated knowledge of MRP systems.
- Knowledge of manufacturing environment and processes.
- Effective communicator and team player.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- This position is subject to light work; Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls require exertion of force greater than that for Sedentary Work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
