We’re currently seeking:

Behind-the-Wheel Instructors

What You’ll Do

Deliver engaging, hands-on driving lessons in real-world traffic conditions.
Teach safe driving techniques and build student confidence behind the wheel.
Personalize your teaching approach to each student’s needs and learning style.
Communicate progress clearly with students and families.
Maintain a safe, encouraging, and professional learning environment.

Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

Pass an FBI/BCI background check
Have 2 points or fewer on their driver's license over the last 3 years
Have no history of license suspension
Have held a valid driver’s license for 5+ years
Possess strong, safe driving skills

Basic Qualifications

Experience teaching, coaching, or training (adult learners a plus)
Patient, calm, and supportive with students of all skill levels
Knowledge of traffic laws—or a willingness to learn them
Passion for student success and safe driving practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with diverse learners
Excellent communication skills with both students and parents
