FRONT DESK Scheduling Coordinator, Full time

Oakmont Family Dental is expanding, welcome to Oakmont Kids Pediatric Dentistry! Our practice is a consistently growing, locally – owned office located off of Coburg Road in Eugene. We at Oakmont Family Dental were voted as the Register Guard Reader’s Choice Best Dentist from 2017-2024, Registers Guard Reader's Choice of Best Employer in 2023 and Springfield Chamber of Commerce best Employee for 2023-2024 for a reason! It is our stated goal to be the best employer in Lane County. With our new office we are looking to expand our offerings in the community, and to be able to serve children in an office focused on their specific needs. We currently have an opening with our Front Desk Team, we are dedicated to providing our patients with an excellent streamlined experience. We offer great pay, benefits, and a work environment with plenty of opportunity to learn and improve. Our staff works together as one to give our patients the BEST experience in town. The hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 5:30pm, with occasional Fridays.

Things you will need:

Great Customer Service - Patient first mindset, we are looking for someone to interact with kids, and make them feel comfortable in our office
Dental or Medical Office Experience Preferred
Punctuality and professionalism
Willingness to learn
Positive energy to join us in our growth
Friendly and Accommodating personality- you will be answering phones, taking payments, scheduling appointments, and helping people through the process of having dental treatment.
Ability to be a team player- Our patients’ needs come first and a team mentality makes that happen.
