Human Resources Business Partner

Springfield, OR 97477

Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

$80hr

3+months contract with high potential for the extention and full time

Description:

Must work 8-5 PST

Ideal Candidate Profile

Seasoned HR Business Partner with approximately 5–7 years of HR experience, ideally supporting leaders in a complex organization.

Strong labor/union relations experience is required, including hands-on experience with grievance management, union meetings, contract interpretation, determining potential contract violations, and drafting grievance responses.

Healthcare labor relations experience is preferred, but candidates with strong union/grievance experience in other industries will be considered.

Bachelor’s degree preferred/required per current posting; equivalent relevant experience may be considered if needed.

Local or semi-local candidates in the Portland, OR area are preferred so equipment can be picked up in person; however, fully remote candidates will also be considered, and equipment can be shipped.

Client is seeking a HR Business Partner for a Non Employee-Non Clinical Contractor, 1.00 FTE, Day position. Please provide a bill rate with each submission. This is an all inclusive bill rate. Job Summary Oversees and coordinates the HR needs for a community, group of business units, or supporting system-wide initiatives. May represent Human Resources on community leadership team. Provides HR expertise to senior leaders. Services as a mentor providing guidance to other HR Partner Organization colleagues. Translates their thorough knowledge of healthcare into HR best practices for the clients, focusing on change management, leadership development, succession planning, operational effectiveness and employee relations. Aligns People and Culture solutions with Client organizational strategies, key objectives and mission.
