Who We Are

Traxler Management Inc. is a locally owned restaurant group operating neighborhood bars and restaurants across Oregon. From high-volume brew pubs to community-driven hangout spots, we are passionate about great food, strong teams, and creating welcoming spaces our guests return to again and again.

We are looking for a Line Cook to join our team in Eugene, supporting kitchen operations across multiple locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft, works well with a team, and enjoys a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The Role

We’re seeking a full-time and part-time Line Cook to support kitchen operations across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, and committed to consistency and quality.

This position is based in Eugene and requires the ability to travel between restaurant locations as needed. The right candidate is flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable stepping into different kitchens to support service and operations.

Pay

$20 to $23 per hour depending on experience
Plus tip potential
Full-time position

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of line cook experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Strong understanding of basic food preparation and kitchen operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Commitment to food quality, consistency, and cleanliness
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to travel between Eugene-area locations as needed
Current Food Handlers Card, or ability to obtain before starting
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station throughout each shift
Support prep, line execution, and smooth kitchen operations during service
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Work collaboratively with kitchen teams across multiple locations
Help ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in every kitchen supported
Assist with receiving, stocking, and general kitchen organization as needed
Step in where needed to support service and team success
