Commercial Sale Representative (Product Specialist) – $90K+ Earning Potential ($45k base pay + Uncapped Commissions)

Hiring in Eugene and Portland/Tigard, Oregon

Build a six-figure sales career selling something businesses actually need.

Lee Manufacturing is growing our commercial sales team across Oregon.

We own and operate two established commercial sign companies:

Image King Signs – Eugene, Oregon
Serving businesses throughout Eugene, Springfield, Central Oregon, and surrounding markets.

SignCraft Signs – Tigard, Oregon
Serving businesses throughout Portland and the surrounding metro area since 1969.

We're hiring full-time W-2 Commercial Sales Representatives for both locations.

This isn't a commission-only gig, a 1099 position, or an appointment-setting role.

You'll be responsible for developing relationships, finding opportunities, meeting with businesses, developing signage solutions, presenting proposals, and closing deals.

If you're competitive, good with people, and want your income to reflect your performance, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Sell

We design, manufacture, permit, install, and service commercial signage for businesses throughout Oregon and beyond.

Our projects include:

Illuminated building signage
Channel letters
Monument and pylon signs
Digital reader boards
Cabinet signs
Interior and exterior dimensional signage
Multi-location branding
Complete commercial signage packages

Projects can range from a few thousand dollars to well into six figures.

You're not selling a commodity from a catalog.

You're helping businesses, property owners, developers, and organizations solve visibility, branding, and communication problems.

What You'll Do

You'll own your territory and be responsible for developing a book of business.

That includes:

Prospecting and developing new commercial accounts
Following up with qualified inbound opportunities
Meeting business owners and decision makers
Conducting site visits and gathering project information
Identifying opportunities customers may not have considered
Working with our in-house design and production teams
Presenting proposals
Following up consistently
Asking for the sale
Developing relationships that create repeat and referral business

You'll spend time in the office, but this is not a desk sales position.

We expect our Product Specialists to be in their markets, meeting people and creating opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

We're much more interested in who you are and how you operate than whether you've sold signs before.

Sign industry experience is NOT required.

We can teach signage.

We're looking for people who are:

You should enjoy winning.

You should also be the type of person who looks at a slow week and thinks "What am I going to do about it?" instead of "Why didn't the company give me more leads?"

Sales Experience

Previous B2B sales experience is preferred, but we're willing to consider exceptional candidates from other backgrounds.

Experience in industries such as commercial construction, building materials, roofing, HVAC, industrial sales, uniforms, payroll, telecommunications, copiers, equipment, advertising, or other outside B2B sales environments can translate extremely well to this position.

If you've successfully built your own book of business before, we especially want to hear from you.

Compensation

This is a full-time W-2 position with base compensation + uncapped commission.

Your income grows with your performance.

Our goal isn't to hire someone looking to make $45,000 a year.

We're looking for someone who wants to build toward a six-figure income and is willing to develop the skills, relationships, and pipeline necessary to get there.
