Accountant / Bookkeeper (Part-Time to Start → Full-Time Fast Track)

Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | Growth Opportunity

We’re hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of multiple growing companies. This position starts as guaranteed part-time, with a clear path to full-time as workload increases and performance is proven.

This is a great opportunity for someone who values flexibility, clean financials, and long-term growth with a fast-moving organization.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and CRM systems
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Prepare and post journal entries
Assist with monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Support payroll processing and basic tax reporting
Help with budgeting, organization, and year-end preparation

Qualifications

3+ years of accounting
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
Experience using a CRM system is a plus
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
Accounting degree preferred, not required
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage financials for multiple companies
