Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity in an office environment, working with clients, over the phone, to facilitate their healthcare enrollment. Full-time shifts are 10am -6pm Monday through Friday. Part-time Saturday shifts are available as well. Previous call center experience is prefered, must have excelllent phone and communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:

- make outgoing calls to assist healthcare members to maintain their enrollment .- Provide accurate information to members.- Maintain customer records by updating information and documenting interactions- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective customer service- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns Requirements:- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
