Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities, providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. As an energetic and proactive member of our office environment, you will handle a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, contributing to a productive and welcoming workplace. Your technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and organizational expertise will help keep our office running efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets, word processing, and productivity software to maintain up-to-date records
Oversee office management duties such as filing, organizing supplies, and maintaining office equipment
Provide customer support by responding to inquiries via phone or email with clarity and a positive attitude
Support administrative functions including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence

Requirements

Proven clerical or administrative experience within an office setting with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software and spreadsheets
Excellent computer literacy including data entry, file management, and general technical proficiency
Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer service
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a proactive attitude is essential
