Full Job Description

A growing and respected senior living organization is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead occupancy growth and community outreach efforts at one of our premier senior living communities. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional who is passionate about helping seniors and their families navigate important life decisions.

The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, strategic marketer, and skilled closer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by achieving results while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

Lead all sales and occupancy development efforts for the community.
Manage and maintain a robust prospect pipeline through CRM utilization and consistent follow-up.
Conduct community tours and presentations for prospective residents and families.
Build and expand referral relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and professional partners.
Plan and execute outreach, networking, and marketing events.
Partner with operational leaders to ensure a seamless move-in experience.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance metrics.
Achieve occupancy, revenue, and lead conversion goals.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 2 years of outbound sales experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong relationship-building, networking, and communication skills.
Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with community leadership.
Bachelor's degree
