Overview
Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and passion for exceptional service will create memorable experiences for our guests. Whether mixing craft cocktails, serving delicious dishes, or engaging with patrons, you’ll play a vital part in delivering top-tier hospitality in a lively environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in food and beverage service while thriving in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring timely delivery
Mix and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol serving regulations
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food safety standards
Assist with food presentation and ensuring quality standards are met
Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and prioritization skills
Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
Support catering events as needed, providing excellent service in diverse settings

Qualifications

Proven experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably with fine dining or banquet experience
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Knowledge of food handling, food safety practices, and responsible alcohol service regulations
Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals
Experience working in nightclubs or catering events is a plus
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
