About Alair Springfield
Alair Springfield specializes in luxury custom homes, major renovations, and whole-home transformations. We are a locally owned business deeply rooted in the Ozarks market, and we are also part of the broader Alair Homes network—an established organization of custom home building professionals across North America.
That combination is one of our greatest strengths. It means our team offers the personal service, accountability, and local connection of an owner-led business, while also benefiting from proven processes, shared expertise, national resources, and the collective experience of a respected larger network. For the right candidate, this creates a unique opportunity to make a visible impact locally while being part of something much bigger.
We are looking for a relationship-driven leader who can help us build the right connections and bring the right clients through the door.
The Opportunity
As our Director of Business Development, you will be a visible ambassador for Alair Springfield in the community. We are looking for a strategic, community-minded business development leader who understands that lasting growth is built through credibility, genuine partnerships, and exceptional client experiences.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of one of the Ozark’s premier custom home builders. You will develop strategic referral partnerships, represent Alair Springfield at events throughout the Ozarks, and help prospective clients understand what makes Alair’s planning-first model different.
Initially, you will work closely with our Managing Partner to learn our sales process, ideal client profile, and Planning Agreement approach. As you gain fluency in our model, you will take on increasing ownership of lead qualification, prospect follow-up, pipeline management, and client development—ultimately growing into broader Sales and Marketing leadership as the organization scales.
If you genuinely enjoy people, thrive on earning trust over time, follow through consistently, and want to help build something meaningful, this may be the role for you.
