Full Job Description

ColorVision is a family-owned wholesale distributor of automotive, fleet, and industrial paint, coatings, and related supplies serving customers throughout the Midwest. We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead and support five store locations across Southern Missouri and Arkansas.

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing store leadership teams, and ensuring outstanding customer service across a multi-location distribution network. The ideal candidate has experience managing operations in wholesale distribution, industrial supply, automotive aftermarket, or other inventory-driven environments.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced operations, builds strong teams and culture, and delivers consistent business results.

Responsibilities

Lead and support store managers and their teams across five locations
Drive accountability and operational consistency throughout the region
Ensure high levels of customer service, order accuracy, and on-time fulfillment
Monitor and improve key operational metrics, including inventory health, fill rate, operating expenses, and accounts receivable
Develop store leadership talent through coaching, training, and performance management
Partner with sales leadership to support customer growth and retention
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
Maintain strong communication and alignment between stores and company leadership
Travel regularly throughout the assigned region to provide in-person leadership and operational support

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

5+ years of multi-location management experience in wholesale distribution, industrial supply, automotive aftermarket, or related operations
Strong leadership and team development skills
Experience managing inventory-driven operations and KPI accountability
Proven ability to lead through change and solve operational challenges
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and distribution ERPs
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clean driving record and willingness to travel regionally
