Full Job Description

What you'll do:

Meet with new and existing members to gather, organize, and analyze information about their business entities and financial goals.
Evaluate customer profiles to identify and implement effective, compliant tax-reduction strategies.
Educate customers on strategy options (e.g., entity selection, tax elections, retirement plans) and guide them on practical implementation.
Lead tax strategy reviews to update recommendations based on changes in tax laws and customer circumstances.
Develop and deliver clear training materials that help customers successfully execute recommended strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (accounting, onboarding, customer success) to ensure alignment between customer needs and company resources.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience filing business and personal tax returns.
Experience preparing business tax returns, including: 1065 (Partnerships), 1120 (C Corporations), 1120-S (S Corporations)
Strong communication and intrapersonal skills; comfortable working with business owners, CEOs, CFOs, and key decision-makers.
Highly organized with strong follow-through; able to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
Self-motivated and team-oriented, with the ability to work independently when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA license, or active progress toward certification.
Working knowledge of small business tax planning strategies, including S Corporations, Partnerships, tax elections, retirement planning, and reasonable compensation.
