Full Job Description

SEM Applications Inc is looking for a Customer Success and Training Specialist to join our growing team! We are a small local company that runs a BIG business providing a software program to Guardians, Fiduciaries, and Conservators nationwide. The successful candidate will display the ability to communicate professionally through multiple channels (phone, email, Teams meetings) with all types of customers of varying skills levels, while providing detailed instructions and training in a timely manner. This position will lead weekly online software training classes for customers as well as on-board training for new offices. Our new team member will be continuously learning the program, testing the system so that they have a thorough understanding of the functionality and how it can be used in different circumstances, as well as providing suggestions to our development team for potential changes or new features based on customer conversations and requests. Customer Service and/or training experience strongly desired.

This position is ON SITE in Oregon MO.

Qualifications and Experience:

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Presentation experience preferred
Experience with MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills—the ability to thoroughly understand the problem that the customer is having and clearly explain the solution that EMS can provide to resolve that problem
Ability to accomplish assigned tasks with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and follow up skills
