|Position Overview

The technology team is a small, fast-moving group inside MyBrand. We're investing heavily in technology to unlock our team's potential and to elevate our client experience.

Our work spans a few core initiatives:

Client platform – Design and develop a platform where clients manage proposals, assets, orders, invoices, logistics, and more.
Internal automation & AI – Use code and AI agents to improve or redefine internal processes. Automate repetitive work so people can spend more time on creativity and relationships.
Client stores – Design and build client e-commerce stores and create scalable tools for running and monitoring them.
Marketing site – Iterate on mybrandpromo.com, including SEO-driven experiments and content changes.
Data & BI – Manage the data pipeline for BI tools and assist with dashboards and KPIs.

Your focus will shift among these initiatives based on the company roadmap and your strengths.

|What You'll Do

Own features end-to-end across the stack: backend, UI, testing, and tooling.
Prototype and ship internal AI tools and automations.
Collaborate directly with clients and internal stakeholders (sales, operations, creative) to understand problems and ship pragmatic solutions.
Improve the reliability and observability of our systems as we grow.
Help shape our development practices as one of a small number of core developers.

|Experience

We're looking for a creative, practical generalist who learns quickly, works autonomously, and loves using AI.

You might be a good fit if you have:

3+ years of experience as a software engineer
Strong programming skills in TypeScript
Experience with LLMs and agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
Modern frontend experience (React, Tailwind, etc.)
Ability to design clear APIs, data models, and simple architectures
Comfort working in a small team with lots of ownership and ambiguity
Experience learning new frameworks and tools
