Full Job Description

Step into a rewarding role as a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) supporting elementary students in a welcoming and well-resourced school environment. This contract opportunity offers a manageable caseload, giving you the chance to focus on student growth while enjoying the stability of a potential long-term placement. Collaborate closely with a supportive team and make a tangible impact every day.

What we’re seeking:

Valid licensure as an SLPA with experience in school-based or healthcare settings
At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience supporting speech-language initiatives in schools
Proven ability to manage elementary-level caseloads effectively
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A team-oriented mindset, ready to work alongside educators, therapists, and families

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with direct speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Supporting the implementation of IEP goals for elementary students in both group and individual settings
Gathering data, preparing materials, and tracking student progress with attention to detail
Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to help students achieve communication and academic milestones
Flexibly adapting to classroom and individual needs while maintaining organization and a positive approach
