About Us

EASE Compliance Advisors helps mortgage companies nationwide stay audit-ready — managing NMLS and state licensing, running loan file and BSA/AML audits, developing policies, and supporting regulatory exams. We work with everything from newly licensed startups to national multi-state lenders, delivered through a tiered subscription model plus à la carte services.

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, self-directed Business Development Representative to grow our client base of mortgage companies and loan originators. This is a 1099 independent contractor position - you control your own schedule and sales approach, and you're paid on commission for the business you close. It's a great fit for someone who already has relationships in the mortgage industry and enjoys running a consultative sales process from first conversation to signed agreement.

What You'll Do

Prospect and build relationships with mortgage companies and loan originators who need compliance support
Learn our service tiers and pricing well enough to recommend the right fit for each prospect
Run the sales process end-to-end: outreach, discovery, proposal, and closing
Manage renewals, renegotiations, and contract changes for existing clients as their needs evolve
Apply current discount and referral programs accurately and consistently
Connect clients with our partner network (background screening, MLO training, bonding, registered agent services) when it rounds out a deal
Keep your pipeline and client records up to date

What We're Looking For

Prior experience in mortgage, lending, or related financial services sales required
Existing relationships in the mortgage industry (loan originators, brokers, wholesale lenders) are a big plus
Comfortable with a consultative, relationship-driven sales style
Self-motivated and organized: you'll manage your own schedule and follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with mortgage compliance or NMLS licensing is helpful but not required, we'll train you.

Compensation

Commission-based, tied to closed business. Exact structure and rates are discussed during the interview process. As a 1099 contractor, you set your own hours and are responsible for your own taxes and expenses; this role doesn't guarantee minimum hours or income.
