Staff Accountant
Salary: $78,000

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

Prepare account reconciliations and maintain balance sheet supporting schedules
Record journal entries and support month-end and year-end close activities
Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis
Review and monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management activities
Support construction job costing and review project-related costs for accuracy
Prepare audit support schedules and assist with compliance-related reporting

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
5+ years of accounting experience in corporate or public accounting environments
Experience with Sage 100 Contractor
Construction accounting and job costing experience strongly preferred
