Full Job Description

We are a local company seeking a highly organized and professional Homeowners Association Property Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, with some flexibility in the schedule. While most work is performed in the office, you will also be required to drive for some job duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations, onsite compliance checks, and attending evening meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily compliance drives to ensure properties meet HOA guidelines
Office-based administrative duties, including preparing reports and communication with residents
Attend and lead some evening meetings (average of 2-3 evenings per week)
Work with residents and vendors to resolve any issues related to the HOA
Ensure smooth operations and support the community's needs

Requirements:

Must be able to use personal vehicle for job-related travel, mileage reimbursement will be provided
Must be available to work 2-3 evenings per week
Must be organized, professional, and detail-oriented
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of HOA’s and CC&R documents is preferred
Previous experience in property management or the real estate industry is a plus
Must have a valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
