We're Looking for an Part Time Eating Disorder Specialist Dietitian!
At Always Reddy Nutrition, we're growing our team and seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Dietitian to join us.
The Role: Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy to clients with eating disorders and disordered eating (anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, OSFED, and more). You'll work virtually now with a potential hybrid option in the future, building a caseload at your own pace with steady referrals and administrative support from the practice.
What You'll Do:
- Develop collaborative, weight-inclusive, and trauma-informed nutrition care plans rooted in Health at Every Size®
- Support clients navigating texture sensitivities, food avoidance, and neurodivergent needs (ADHD, autism, OCD, etc.)
- Coordinate care with treatment teams (therapists, physicians, psychiatrists) and communicate clearly about medical stability
- Conduct meal support and food exposure work as clinically indicated
- Participate in regular case consultation and contribute to a collaborative practice culture
Position Details
- W-2 (15 hours/week, with potential to grow to full time of 23 hours per week)
- Remote position to start with Hybrid potential if local to Pittsburgh, PA
- Starting at $40/hour with increase to $45 per hour in 6 months of hiring date
What We're Looking For:
- RDN credentials + PA/MD LDN licensure (or eligibility)
- 1–3 years of outpatient, PHP/IOP, or residential eating disorder nutrition experience
- Working knowledge of weight-inclusive, anti-diet frameworks — and genuine alignment with them
- Strong interpersonal warmth and cultural competency
- Comfort with telehealth (and potentially in-person sessions)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with neurodivergent-affirming care, ARFID treatment, or family-based approaches
- Experience serving LGBTQIA+ clients with affirming care
