Monday-Friday: 5:00pm-9:00pm (Additional hours available as needed)

Job Summary

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining offices and common areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times. Areas include offices, restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, corridors, lobbies, stairwells, and other public spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Follow all safety requirements and procedures.
Secure work areas and post safety signage as needed.
Perform floor care (mopping, buffing, burnishing, carpet cleaning).
Clean restrooms, offices, classrooms, and common areas.
Dust, clean walls, and maintain public spaces.
Maintain custodial equipment and storage areas.
Maintain outside grounds and parking lots
Perform periodic and assigned cleaning tasks as needed.

Requirements

Commercial janitorial experience (preferred)
Permanent resident with at least 3 years of U.S. residency
Ability to pass a drug screen and Federal background check
