Full Job Description

Wharton Aldhizer & Weaver PLC is a full-service law firm seeking a full-time accounting assistant. This position will assist in the day-to-day accounting functions including A/P, A/R, trust accounting and complex law firm billings. Limited experience with in-house payroll processing a plus. This position relies upon experience and judgment to accomplish goals in a professional environment. Two years of accounting experience is preferred as well as possessing strong computer, organizational and interpersonal skills.

The candidates must display excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently within a team-oriented structure, strong communication and interpersonal skills, advanced computer knowledge, have the ability to work independently, and be able to multi task as required.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.50 per hour
