Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations and ensure smooth daily operations
- Greet and assist visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries or complaints
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures (ER) is a plus

This position requires a candidate who can effectively manage the front desk operations, handle phone systems, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask. Knowledge of emergency response procedures (ER) is also beneficial for this role.
