Join Arrow Academy as a Behavior Technician and gain valuable skills while helping children grow, learn, and succeed. You’ll work under the guidance of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) making a difference by supporting children in building life, communication, and social skills through the proven methods of ABA.

What You’ll Do

Provide one-on-one support for children with developmental differences
Implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision
Teach communication, social, and self-help skills
Collect data and track client progress
Communicate with supervisors and families about achievements

No experience required -Caregiving, childcare or teaching preferred

Qualifications

Able to stand, walk, run, lift and carry up to 50lbs (eg. During play-based sessions or assisting clients)
Reliable transportation to and from center-based shifts
Successful completion of Caregiver background check

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
