Wedding Coordinator — Etre Farms

Southwest Michigan Friday & Saturday core schedule

At Etre Farms, every Saturday is someone's most important day. We're an all-inclusive luxury wedding venue set on 8 private acres in Southwest Michigan, and we're hiring a Wedding Coordinator to help us run those days the way our couples remember them — calm, polished, and quietly extraordinary.

The role

You'll own the execution of the wedding day alongside our team. Fridays are flip days: you'll be on site transforming the venue from one wedding's vision into the next — placing florals, setting ceremony and reception layouts, walking the run-of-show, and making sure every detail is exactly where it needs to be by Saturday morning. Saturdays are showtime: you'll guide the couple, their families, and the wedding party through the day with a steady hand — managing timeline, cueing key moments, coordinating with our in-house team (design, florals, DJ, kitchen), and quietly handling whatever needs handling.

You won't be doing this alone. You'll be part of a tight-knit team that values precision, warmth, and getting the small things right.

Who you are

1–2 years of experience in weddings, events, or high-touch hospitality — exact title matters less than the rhythm of the work
Calm under pressure, and naturally take charge of a room without being heavy-handed
Detail-obsessed in a way that feels easy, not anxious
Available Saturdays from May through October without exception, and Fridays for venue flips
Physically up for long days on your feet
Reliable transportation to St. Joseph, MI

Bonus points for

Previous experience at a wedding venue, as a planner, or as an assistant coordinator looking for your next step up
Familiarity with Planning Pod or similar event management platforms
An eye for design, floral, or styling
