As our Growth & Operations Manager, you'll play one of the most important roles in our company—helping grow our client base, recruiting exceptional caregivers, and ensuring new clients receive outstanding care from day one.

What You'll DoBusiness Development & Marketing (Primary Focus)

Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, assisted living communities, senior organizations, and other referral sources.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate qualified referrals.
Represent Right at Home at networking events, community meetings, health fairs, and professional organizations.
Conduct outside sales visits throughout our service area.
Track referral activity and identify new growth opportunities.
Help achieve ambitious client growth goals.

Recruiting & Talent Development

Recruit exceptional caregivers through multiple channels.
Conduct interviews and identify top talent.
Lead new hire orientation and onboarding.
Help train and develop new employees for success.
Promote a positive, engaging workplace culture.

Staffing & Operations

Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure every client receives excellent care.
Match caregivers with clients based on skills, personality, and availability.
Fill open shifts quickly and efficiently.
Collaborate with office staff to solve scheduling challenges.
Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.

Reporting & Performance

Monitor key performance indicators and growth metrics.
Prepare reports on referrals, recruiting, staffing, and business development activities.
Recommend ideas and strategies for continuous improvement.

What Success Looks Like

The right person will:

Consistently grow company referral network.
Increase new client admissions.
Recruit outstanding caregivers.
Successfully onboard new team members.
Ensure clients receive dependable staffing.
Think like an owner and continually look for ways to improve the business.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Self-motivated and results-driven.
Comfortable making outbound calls and building new relationships.
Professional and confident meeting with healthcare professionals.
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
A strong communicator who enjoys helping people.
Positive, resilient, and adaptable.
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, home care, staffing, recruiting, sales, marketing, or business development.
Experience building professional relationships and networking.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Schedule

Full-time: 40 hours per week
Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
