About The Peacherie & Brasserie Lundi

Nestled in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, The Peacherie is a beautifully curated micro food hall located within Midtown’s Arts District. Featuring a thoughtful mix of beloved chefs and creative newcomers, The Peacherie is more than a dining destination, it’s a community hub that brings together food, culture, and connection. Brasserie Lundi, the full-service anchor restaurant within The Peacherie, draws inspiration from French classics while offering a lively and modern experience that feels right at home in Atlanta’s evolving culinary scene.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a key leader who works alongside the General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across both The Peacherie and Brasserie Lundi. This role is ideal for a high-energy hospitality professional passionate about team development, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction. The AGM will serve as a culture carrier, systems enforcer, and service champion, ensuring smooth operations across food hall vendors, bar teams, and restaurant staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Team Development

Coach, mentor, and inspire team leads and line staff across both concepts.

Operational Oversight

Oversee daily service execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest expectations.
Manage administrative functions such as scheduling, payroll, and shift coverage.
Collaborate with culinary and beverage leads to optimize prep, par levels, and quality control.

Guest Experience

Be a visible leader during peak hours, ensuring service consistency and guest satisfaction.
Resolve guest concerns in real-time with professionalism and a sense of hospitality.
Develop strategies to convert first-time guests into loyal regulars.

Compliance & Systems

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant facility per all health department and OSHA standards.
Ensure all vendors and staff adhere to food safety and company HR protocols.
Serve as a liaison for POS, tech support, and operational reporting accuracy.

Event & Bar Support

Assist with planning and execution of private events within The Peacherie and Brasserie Lundi.
Support bar operations including inventory reconciliation, ordering, and staff training.
Support onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
Cultivate a strong internal culture rooted in collaboration, respect, and high standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

3+ years of hospitality management experience, with a proven track record of operational excellence.
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a similar environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Skills:

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Financial and administrative fluency, including labor budgeting and inventory management.
Passionate about food, people, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Flexible schedule with availability on nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Attributes:

A strong commitment to fostering a positive work environment and enhancing guest experiences.
Ability to inspire and motivate teams while holding them accountable to high standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
