Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing innovative marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility and engagement across multiple channels. Your energy, creativity, and technical expertise will drive impactful campaigns, support content development, and optimize digital marketing efforts to reach targeted audiences effectively. Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and display advertising.
Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance metrics to boost audience interaction.
Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize website content, improve search engine rankings, and increase organic traffic.
Support content creation efforts including copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite, and editing images with Adobe Photoshop for various marketing materials.
Maintain and update content management systems like WordPress and other platforms to ensure website accuracy and freshness.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising tools, and other analytics platforms; prepare reports to inform strategy adjustments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing automation initiatives, email marketing campaigns, and performance marketing projects aimed at increasing conversions and sales.

Requirements

Proven experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies.
Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, HTML/CSS basics, JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems; experience with SQL or other data query languages is advantageous.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media management, email marketing, B2B marketing strategies, and e-commerce platforms.
Ability to analyze data effectively to optimize campaigns for better performance; experience with marketing automation tools is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
