What You'll Be Doing

Your day is about walking into a home, finding the issue fast, and making it feel manageable for the homeowner. You diagnose clearly, explain options in plain English, and do clean, code-safe work people can trust.

You'll be the person who makes stressful problems feel simple. You respect the home, price fairly, stand behind your work, and leave people relieved you were the one who showed up.

This role fits someone who likes ownership. Someone who wants their skill, efficiency, and professionalism to actually matter every single day.

The Hiring Process

What You'll Earn

You'll earn $40-$50 per hour, working 40 to 50 hours a week. On top of that, there's a sign-on bonus, a 3% retirement match, paid holidays, paid time off, your birthday off with pay, a $150 yearly boot credit, company-paid contributions toward health insurance premiums, and continuing education.
