Job Description:

We Are Hiring – Call Center / Collections Representatives (Bilingual, a must)
Location: Streator, IL (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (No Weekends)
Pay: $15.50/hour + commission opportunities

What You’ll Do

We are currently hiring call center/collections professionals to connect with customers and help resolve delinquent account issues. In this role, you will:

Work directly with customers to find realistic repayment solutions
Provide guidance, options, and support to help customers get back on track
Deliver a positive, respectful, and solution-focused experience
Balance customer needs with business objectives

Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants will be prioritized

Qualifications

Customer service experience (call center or collections preferred)
Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred and prioritized)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask across systems while speaking with customers
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Basic computer and typing skills
Team-oriented with the ability to work with diverse customers
