```Job Summary``` We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service to our guests during the overnight shift. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in hotel management or hospitality who thrive in a fast-paced environment. ```Responsibilities``` - Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness - Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reconciling charges and payments - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the overnight shift - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity to management - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Bilingual skills (multilingual) are a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely - Familiarity with computerized reservation systems is desirable - Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays Join our team as a Night Auditor and contribute to providing exceptional guest experiences at our hotel.
