Full Job Description

Stuart Rehab and Healthcare, a skilled nursing facility is now recruiting a RN Supervisors to become part of our management team providing quality care to our residents. This position will require the successfully hired candidate to work at least 40 hours weekly; and a willingness to work every other weekend as part of a rotating schedule.

Shift Available: (2)

Evening Supervisor 3p-11p
Weekend Supervisor- ONLY Rotation weekends Sat & Sun

Job Duties:

· Oversee patient care and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

· Schedule and assign nursing staff and monitor their activities and follow up on work results.

· Work collaboratively, as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team.

· Dedication to providing quality care to our patients.

· Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by monitoring confidential information processing.

· Perform other duties as assigned or as needed.

Requirements:

· Must possess RN license in the State of Florida with at least 2 years nursing AND supervisory experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.

· Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Perform duties with professionalism and courtesy at all times.

· Working knowledge health care laws and regulations.

· Highly familiar with HIPAA, Patients Rights and skilled nursing facility policies and procedures.

· CPR/BLS card

· Must be able to pass level II background check and submit valid work references.This position requires a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
