Full Job Description

Receptionist/Intake Specialist to perform administrative functions and some legal tasks.

Examples of responsibilities include:

answering phone, coordinating appointments
greeting clients and managing reception area
taking intake information on new potential clients
photocopying, scanning, filing
opening and closing files
managing mail/correspondence
drafting documents and letters
corresponding and speaking with clients
requesting medical records, medical bills, and liens
requesting crash reports
requesting insurance information
Spanish speaking a plus

Applicant must be:

highly detail-oriented, efficient;
possess excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills;
computer proficient;
professional, articulate, polite, and have a cheery, energetic disposition;
able to handle multiple priorities;
a self-starter and able to work independently;
able to speak, read, and write in English proficiently.
